Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of order placement.

Please note that we do not accept returned products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Because we do not accept returned products, items cannot be sent back to us.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
